Lac Su
Lac Su escaped from communist Vietnam and immigrated to Los Angeles with his family in 1979. From a youth entangled in poverty and violence, Su graduated from UC Irvine with a B.A. in social psychology and went on to pursue a master's degree and Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. He is vice president of marketing for TalentSmart, a global think tank and management consulting firm specializing in emotional intelligence.
Su has had work published in Canada’s Globe and Mail, the Kansas City Star, BusinessWeek, HR.com, T+D Magazine, and HR Magazine, as well as in Emotional Intelligence 2.0, Self-Awareness, The Impulse Factor and various academic journals. I LOVE YOUS ARE FOR WHITE PEOPLE is Su’s debut literary work. He lives in San Diego with his wife and three children.
